31. Editing Bids Results
    Definitions
    ● Edit: modify amount of the bid
    ● Demote: If the bid is a winning bid then there will be an option to
    demote the bid so it is no longer winning, Demoting a winning bid will
    not promote any other bids. In this case you would be left with 3
    non-winning bids
    ● Promote: For a non-winning bid you will have the option to promote it
    to be the winning bid. Dollar amount will not change. ANy higher bid
    will NOT be the winner
    ● Delete: deleting a bid deletes a bid and shifts all other bids, so if the
    winning bid is deleted, the next highest now becomes the winning bid
