My name is Yanique Chambers I am the Founder/Owner of MediatorSpeaks a Conflict Resolution Organization created to help individuals resolve conflicts in their business and personal relationships. I currently serve as a Custody & Visitation Mediator in Family Court in Charlotte NC. I am a Certified Mediator and have a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice & English, a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Howard University School of Law. I have experience and training in all areas of dispute resolution such as mediation, counseling, negotiation, and arbitration. I have enjoyed my work in mediation and want to help others resolve conflicts outside of the court as a conflict resolution consultant. I believe that the court can be a necessary means for some individuals and organizations to resolve disputes. However, I strongly believe that there are disputes that are better resolved outside of the court room with a trained professional. It is important to preserve personal and business relationships. I am determined to encourage others to live a life with purposeful relationships. My passion for helping others comes from my faith as a Christian. God has helped me with so much and blessed me with many gifts and I want to help as many people as I can.
