Figures is an all-in-one compensation app for startups and scaleups, updated in real-time and powering improved pay equity. Figures were created in October 2020 by Virgile, who was fed up with not having relevant compensation data for the start-up market in France, which led to endless discussions, negotiations, and therefore tons of internal inequality.
