The material is slipped into the cylinder by the feed box and the feed, which is pushed back by the spiral plate. As the dryer is placed obliquely, the material flows to the rear end under the action of gravity and rotation. On the other hand, the material is repeatedly picked up by the copying board, and is taken to the upper end and then continuously sown down, so that the material forms a uniform curtain in the cylinder. The curtain is fully exchanged with the hot airflow in the cylinder. As the material is repeatedly spread, the moisture contained is gradually dried, thereby achieving the purpose of drying. China Fote’s main dryers are rotary dryer, drum dryer machine, indirect heat transfer dryer. The rotary dryer has strong adaptability to materials and can dry various materials. It is an equipment used by cement plants to dry limestone, clay, coal powder and mixed materials, and the equipment is simple and reliable in operation, dustproof and sealed, and maintenance. https://www.ftmsino.com/products/rotary-dryer.html The heat source of the rotary sand dryer comes from the combustion device and uses a forward flow heating method.
