<title>Vibration analysis for roller coster system</title>
<description>Vibration analysis (vibroanalysis) serves as a primary non-destructive diagnostic tool for predicting mechanical failure long before physical breakdown occurs.

The diagram shows a Vibration Analysis &amp; Safety System designed to prevent mechanical failures and accidents on roller coasters.
Sensors: Accelerometers mounted on wheel axles, guide wheels, and couplers detect real-time vibrations.
Signal Processing (DAQ &amp; FFT): A high-speed data acquisition card receives signals and uses FFT analysis to detect bearing wear, unbalance, and misalignment.
Safety Logic (SIL-3 PLC): When vibration levels exceed ISO 10816 limits, a redundant SIL-3 PLC trips the safety system.
Actions: Automatically cuts power, applies progressive emergency braking, and locks block zones to prevent collisions.

      <title>Roller Coster</title>
      <description>Roller coster simulation

Aynura Huseynova

Description

A roller coaster is a complex physical system designed to transport passengers along a controlled track using mechanical, electrical, and safety components. The system uses different subsystems to control the movement, speed, direction, and safety of the train. These subsystems work together to provide a smooth and controlled ride from the beginning of the journey to the final stop.
