What is PAN? A Permanent Account Number (PAN) is an identification number that identifies an individual as a taxpayer in Nepal. PAN is also known as Tax Payer Identification Number (TPIN), and the document on which the number is printed as PAN card and PAN certificate.

Tax Clearance Certificate A Tax Clearance Certificate is a verified document from Inland Revenue office or listed government body a person or entity has paid all its tax liabilities at the time (Fiscal year).

2. If all documents are ready, you can submit to the IRO office where your current office has been registered. If all documents are correct, you can receive Tax clearance Certificate within 1-2 hours or depending on the mass of applicants. Note: If an individual has multiple sources of income including employment like freelancing, advising, shares, land etc.. then need to submit the documents at PAN registered tax office.
