It would be good to have an external organization like ISC. InnerSource Best Practices and Templates Best practices in security, management accounting, tax, governance, incentives, etc., taking into account cultural context Personal career growth with InnerSource Participation in the ISC community is a great way to empower individuals.

#InnerSourceSummit Example: Japan Branch Mission Mission (WIP): To revitalize Japan by changing the enterprise development culture through InnerSource The current situation to be changed to revitalize Japan • To create an open culture of engineering without peer pressure • To spread a culture that makes it easier for user companies to produce engineering in-house, whereas many companies outsource engineering • To empower engineers in large companies to raise their status, since the salary of engineers in Japan is abnormally low due to the structure of the industry.
