Yes, at Beatrust, each employee has individual responsibility and discretion as to when and where they work so that they can realize their best selves. Although our headquarters is located in Tokyo, we have employees who live in remote areas such as Gunma and Shizuoka prefectures, and we also have many employees who have children under elementary school age and are balancing work and childcare.
