Consequences for teaching and learning • Promising new knowledge and practices, which have been applied in the workplace to the benefit of efficiency and effectiveness, must be better recognised and communicated to allow peer learning within economic fields. • People not yet in the workplace and those currently working must be given new skills which enable them to harness the new benefits, but also to be flexible and adaptive to new situations. ✓ New processes ✓ New ideas ✓ New insights ✓ Need to react productively to these new opportunities
