Abstract!

The talk focuses on analysing Usability in s/w products in general, than pertaining to
mobile APPS, and further defining focus/need of APPS for emerging markets. It introduces
related ISO standards to emphasise the need of defining usability for a successful s/w
product. It would also briefly touch upon concepts like SMAC, Design Thinking and
Captology in the context of achieving usability in the context of mobile and/or SMART
devices.!
