Is remote work really possible?
Yes. The company allows remote work for all employees, with no mandatory office attendance. Currently, about 30% of our employees live in regional areas
or overseas. However, depending on the position, you may be required to work at the office due to the nature of the work.
Will I still be able to work remotely in the future?
Yes. Since our founding, we have respected individual preferences and prioritized diversity. As long as it does not interfere with work, we plan to continue
offering flexible work arrangements like our current remote work system.
How does internal communication work at RevComm?
Since remote work is the main way to work, most communication happens via text on Slack. However, text alone is not always the most effective way to
collaborate or build relationships. When necessary, we hold offline meetings, team-building activities, and other face-to-face initiatives. We also organize
social events outside of work, such as shuffle lunches, company-wide offsite gatherings, and team socials, to foster connection and engagement among
employees.
What kind of employees work at RevComm?
Our team values diversity, so we have members with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Most tend to be honest, trustworthy, and focused on
delivering results. Also, since our culture encourages leveraging individual strengths, many are self-driven and bring both the skills and mindset to work
independently.
What kind of employees are successful?
It varies by position or work responsibility, but employees with expertise and the ability to work independently after aligning on goals tend to achieve strong
results. Because we offer flexible ways of working, taking ownership of your tasks is highly valued. We actively delegate authority, so those who think and
act proactively find it easier to succeed and make a meaningful impact on the business.
I heard RevComm is expanding globally. Do I need English skills?
No, English is not required. Employees who can speak English or other foreign languages may have more opportunities in the future, but for now, English is
not mandatory. We use a translation bot on Slack for real-time translation, so team members can communicate smoothly in either Japanese or English.
