Meet our team Turning my ideas into reality I joined RevComm after working as a Solution Engineer at a major global enterprise. What motivated me to join was the desire to directly contribute to the development and improvement of our own products.

Meet our team Delivering our services with confidence During my previous role in sales, I decided to change jobs because I wanted to further develop my sales skills and challenge myself by working with a broader range of industries. The reason I ultimately chose RevComm was that it offered the kind of service I genuinely wished had existed when I was working in sales. I remember thinking how helpful MiiTel would have been if I had the opportunity to use it at that time. Currently, I am part of the inside sales team focusing on major enterprise customers, where I'm responsible for new business development. Leadership 32 Founder & CEO Takeshi Aida Takeshi joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 2011, where he was engaged in automobile trading, sales and marketing, cross-border M&A, joint venture formation, and government procurement projects. In July 2017, Takeshi founded RevComm. President & COO Yasufumi Hirai After graduating from the Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics at Kyushu University, Yasufumi joined IBM Japan Ltd. He later served as Senior Managing Executive Officer at Microsoft Japan, followed by President and General Manager of Cisco Systems G.K. He then spent 10 years at Rakuten Group as Executive Vice President, CIO & CISO. He currently serves as a Trustee of Japan Association of Corporate Executives, a specially appointed professor at Tokyo College of Music, and an outside director for a startup company. Yasufumi joined RevComm in July 2025. Director Satomi Jujo After completing a master’s degree in engineering at University of Tokyo, Satomi joined McKinsey & Company, where she addressed complex management challenges for major clients. She later served as a Product Lead and Product Manager at Google headquarters in the United States, as well as at the Singapore office of a UK- based fintech company. Satomi joined RevComm in July 2020.
 Director & Research Director Taiichi Hashimoto Taiichi received his Engineering Doctorate from the Graduate School of Information Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. After working in research on natural language processing at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, he joined GREE, Inc., then later joined LINE Corporation, where he was in charge of developing big data platforms and new products using the latest AI technology. Leadership 33 Executive Officer & CTO Takekatsu Hiramura Takekatsu is the CTO of RevComm Inc. His current responsibilities is to lead development of an AI- enabled IP Phone "MiiTel" and its R&D. Prior to that, he was a Data Science Manager at Accenture responsible for product architect of Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning technology enabled cloud services. Takekatsu joined RevComm as a Co-Founder in June 2018. Executive Officer & Head of Human Resources Masatoshi Inui After graduating from university, Masatoshi joined a startup as a founding member. He was first engaged in sales, HR, and new business development. Later on, he gained experience as a sales manager and HR manager, and was in charge of HR strategy, recruitment, and organizational development. He has also been invited as a speaker for corporate development events. Masatoshi joined RevComm in July 2020. Executive Officer & Head of Strategy Yusuke Suzuki After graduating from Keio University, Yusuke worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC, where he was engaged in M&A advisory tasks focusing on cross-border deals and financial/ corporate planning for startup companies. Yusuke joined RevComm in October 2019. Executive Officer & Head of administration Akio Kise After graduating from Keio University, Akio was engaged in statutory audit at KPM G A ZSA LLC. He then joined LI XIL Corporation, where he completed an IFRS deployment project and promoted the globalization of the accounting structure through restructuring overseas subsidiaries. FAQ Q Q Q Q Q Q 42 Is remote work really possible? Yes. The company allows remote work for all employees, with no mandatory office attendance. Currently, about 30% of our employees live in regional areas or overseas. However, depending on the position, you may be required to work at the office due to the nature of the work. Will I still be able to work remotely in the future? Yes. Since our founding, we have respected individual preferences and prioritized diversity. As long as it does not interfere with work, we plan to continue offering flexible work arrangements like our current remote work system. How does internal communication work at RevComm? Since remote work is the main way to work, most communication happens via text on Slack. However, text alone is not always the most effective way to collaborate or build relationships. When necessary, we hold offline meetings, team-building activities, and other face-to-face initiatives. We also organize social events outside of work, such as shuffle lunches, company-wide offsite gatherings, and team socials, to foster connection and engagement among employees. What kind of employees work at RevComm? Our team values diversity, so we have members with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Most tend to be honest, trustworthy, and focused on delivering results. Do I need English skills? No, English is not required. Employees who can speak English or other foreign languages may have more opportunities in the future, but for now, English is not mandatory.
