My thoughts 1. Japanese people should vary the custom trading only with Japanese people and Japanese companies. 2. Japanese IT engineers should work and engage themselves in community activity using English as well as Japanese.

コミュニティの目的 1. 英語と日本語によるコミュニケーション能力の向上 2. 両言語を通してのITに関する知識や体験の共有 3. 1と2を通じて日本語話者と英語話者による相互交流

The purpose of community 1. Work on improving the English and Japanese communication skills. 2. Share the knowledge and experience using English and Japanese languages. 3. Interact with one another.
