LGBTQ Resource Area ◻ The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning Resource Area assists the university in establishing an environment committed to diversity and provides a comprehensive range of resources, support, education, and advocacy to promote the personal and academic growth of students, faculty, and staff. We strive to prepare our students to contribute to progressive social change and build a campus that is free of hate, discrimination, gender bias and sexual oppression.

LGBTQ Speakers Bureau ◻ A volunteer-based student panel program that addresses sensitive issues relating to gender and sexuality with the purpose of neutralizing the stereotypes and generalizations often associated with the LGBTQ community. The student-to-student dialogue encompasses topics relating to family relations, coming out, transitioning, political concerns, homophobia, language, and ally strategies. ◻ Venues ⬜ academic classrooms ⬜ residence halls ⬜ sororities and fraternities ⬜ cultural organizations

Trans* Talk Discussion Group ◻ This is a discussion group for transgender, transsexual, gender non-conforming, and trans-questioning individuals.
