Message LexxPlussは、The Mission of LexxPlussである「Accelerating Transformation to Autonomous-Infrastructure | 自律的産業インフラへの進化を加速させる」のもと、創業以降ゼロから技術開発をスタートし、2022年より社会インフラである物流業と製造業に向けた自動搬送システムの提供をしています。また、技術のみならず、私達が開発した搬送システムの設計情報を全公開し、産業パートナーシップを推し進める取り組みなど、既存のビジネスモデルや慣習にとらわれない形で、事業を展開してきています。それらは全て、ものづくりやロボットを主語にせず、顧客課題解決を徹底し最も価値提供できる手段はなにか、考え抜き実行している結果であり、私達のLeadership Pricipleである「Start from Customer's Challenge」にもそれが現れています。私達は、グローバルでのビジネス展開を前提に会社を設立し、3年目（2023年1月から）で米国展開を始めています。「なぜ海外展開をするのか？」ではなく「なぜ国内にとどまり続けるのか？」そういう環境を作り出すべく、 LexxPlussは、グローバルに社会インフラを支えられる次世代のファナック、次世代のキーエンスと呼ばれるテクノロジーカンパニーになるべく、邁進して参ります。 Founder & CEO Masaya Aso MSc in Mechanical Engineering Design at the University of Manchester, UK. We established our company on the premise of global business development, and we have begun our U.S. expansion from 2023.1. The question is not,"Why are we expanding overseas?" but rather, "Why stay in Japan?". Accelerating Transformation to Autonomous-Infrastructure 自律的産業インフラへの進化を加速させる The Mission of LexxPluss 自律的産業インフラの検討・導入・運用を劇的に容易にし、それを爆発的に普及させることで産業の変革を推し進めることです。例えば、人手に依存した物流産業では、E-commerce化の変革の中、自動化への投資が必要不可欠な局面に来ています。しかし、多くの企業は、自動化への準備は十分かと言われるとそうではなく、人材・技術・資金面で多くの課題を抱えています。また、自動車産業では、グローバルでEV化の流れが加速する一方で、新しいサプライチェーンや生産設備のあり方を作り直す局面に来ています。 LexxPlussは、そのような企業へ、最も扱いやすい自動化インフラを創造し、最も信頼できる形で運用いただくことで産業の変革を進めていきます。ロボットの普及が私達の目的ではありません。簡単に安心して利用できる自律型インフラを構築することが私達のミッションであり、ロボットを提供することは手段でしかないのです。 It is to push forward industrial transformation by dramatically facilitating the study, implementation, and operation of autonomous industrial infrastructures. For instance, the logistics industry is rapidly shifting towards a market where a significant portion of work is expected to come from e-commerce. As a result of its heavy reliance on human labor, the industry has now reached a critical point where investing in automation has become more essential than ever. In addition, the automotive industry is now in a phase of rethinking new supply chains and production facilities, while the global EV trend is accelerating. LexxPluss is committed to helping these companies by creating the easiest-to-use automation infrastructure and operating it in the most reliable way possible. Our goal is not to spread the use of robots but to build an easy and safe autonomous infrastructure. Robots are merely a means to that end.
