HOMEWORK (GROUP) • Visit the Met with or without your team. Doesn’t have to be at the same time. ‣ Map, sketch, or photograph the problems with the visitor experience around experiencing art. What could be better? Could be from your perspective. Don’t bring an SLR. Don’t get caught talking to anyone. Use a small camera or your phone. No flash allowed. If you take a photo of people, be discreet. I will deny that I asked you to talk to people if you get in trouble. ‣ @reply 50 people about museum behavior. Try and get them to respond. Or ask a few people to answer your Ethnio screener if you don’t want to @reply people on twitter. Modify your twitter profile to say “Student researching museum apps.” • (Optional) Create one persona for the Met based on any instructions you can find online for Personas, but not using any of those traditional instructions. Find meaning. Tuesday, November 22, 2011
