Data-driven decision-making starts with education and training through an academy ... but building an academy takes a lot of time & effort However, centralizing the initiatives into an academy gives it the structure and continuity to succeed … because without visibility there is no usage, therefore no value in data … because only a small part of RTL is Tech and we should inspire others
