"Pay for Performance" Evaluation & Compensation System Employees are evaluated every six months based on their results and organizational contribution, regardless of age or tenure. Outstanding performance is rewarded accordingly. Doctoral Studies Support Program Supports employees pursuing a Ph.D. in science or engineering. Eligible employees receive up to JPY 1 million every six months and one day of special paid leave per week.
