Lessons Learned 26 The DevOps Processes are key! Rather use simple interaction patterns (e.g. buttons) than implementing natural language support. Bots should only be used if user interaction is necessary. Everything that can be automated should be automated. The robot should support platforms, tools and devices that are known and useful to the user.
