High level • "sort of" • Our conference is not only for beginners. • We have some advanced topics but it is needed for senior level engineers. • BUT we understand junior level engineers attend our conference. • We have some levels.

High level • And If you would like to be a speaker in such a conference. • keypoint: • We would like to hear your drama instead of your technical point. • We would like to know "why you need it", not only "how to use it".

High level • Example: • "10 methods - How to use Next.js new features" • It is like a blog... • "Why we would like to create a super sonic fast web application framework instead of others" • It sounds interesting!! Dramatic.

Language • English / Japanese • These languages are totally different • BUT we have shared / universal language • It is "JavaScript" right?

Language • Yeah, language barrier is exist. • We are trying to make the barrier thinner, but it is hard to remove the barrier. • International Conference have much budget, we could apply translator. But the budget is a bit expensive. • My opinion: JavaScript developers would be better to have English communication skills. • Native English speakers would be better to use simpler / easier expressions.

Language • Our policy: • Be excellent to each other • No harassment, not limited to: • Race / color / religion / age / national origin / gender / English accent Safe Conference is needed for every attendees

No friends • Let's join after party!! • For many of us, this is the fi rst time event we have met. • You can make connections between us. • If you don't have enough courage to make a friend, please talk with me.
