Problems Legitimacy Maintainability Visibility ● Clubs want to grow awareness/visibility ● Students want to see what clubs are available on campus Visibility - Clubs need an online presence that have no barriers to access Legitimacy - Clubs need their presence to be well designed, maintainable Maintainability - Even if clubs manage to create a website, finding the right person to update/maintain these sites can be costly, poorly designed, or just wind up not even maintained at all.

Mock-ups ● All club pages would function like a website, but would share the same information architecture, and the same visual style ● We would host the club pages under an organized domain system ● Searchable directory of all clubs at a specific university

Administration Process ● The process of creating a website for club leaders won’t require any design skills, but will be based on a series of questions: “What’s your club name?” “What’s your club description?” “How do you want your members to join?” “Who are your club leaders?” “Do you have any social media accounts you want to link?” ● We were also thinking about using a typeform to quickly create a prototype for milestone 1
