Hey there successful mama, welcome back to time management mastery for ADHD moms, we
are creating common confidence by building rhythms into our day. Just to reminder, turn off
any distractions or move away from anything that's gonna pull you away and you're doing a
great job.

Okay, we're in module two, the framework and this is where we start to understand how the
structure of our day looks and kind of putting the bigger picture together, where are we going
with this? So, last time we talked about in module one about how routines are like frames for
artwork. Our beautiful life is the art and the routine is the frame that gives it structure and, and
supports it.
Patricia Sung 00:41
So when we're thinking about both routines, and our frames for are, they are things like sturdy,
we can rely on them, we can, we can lean on them when we're struggling. They support us in
that way, right? They're modifiable. So this is not chiseled in stone, we're not creating a frame
out of cement, or, you know, marble, it's something that we can modify and change as we need
because kids are always changing. So our routine will not be the same even if we want it to a
few months from now, because our kids will be different. So there is the modifiable aspect. Just
like we can take the art out of a frame and put new ones in, we can take our art out and put in
a new frame. There is a level of changeability that we can make to the process.

They're also protective. So our frame protects our artwork from getting damaged. Also, our
routine protects our day, it protects our joy, it keeps us sane. So it is providing that support.
