Salary Negotiations
Base Salary:
The fixed amount of money paid to an employee before any additional payments or deductions.

Compensation Package:

Bonus:
An additional payment given to employees as a reward for good performance or achieving

Commission:
A percentage of sales or revenue that an employee receives as compensation, usually in
