About Coolest Projects Awards Taking place on Saturday June 18th in the RDS Dublin, over 1,000 members from CoderDojo will demo their innovative projects to 10,000 attendees. The purpose of the Coolest Projects Awards is to create an environment rewards creativity, teaches skills and develop an environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. 

Coolest Projects Awards Ø  Started in November 2012 Ø  2012: 19 Projects, 100 attendees Ø  2015: 500+ projects, 5,000 attendees from 8 EU countries Ø  A goal never limit or prevent creativity Ø  Young people spend 3 – 8 months developing their project Ø  Annual event rewarding all projects created Ø  Introduce the young people to entrepreneurs, innovators & industry leaders Ø  Hundreds of inspirational projects created Ø  Provide additional workshops/incubators Ø  Empower youth to launch their projects

Chill out area 18 Opportunity to sponsor the child out area and make significant impact on many of the young people involved in Coolest Projects. Many of those with Autism or Asperger’s see CoderDojo as an amazing education outlet which they truly love. We have a dedicate chill out area in the Merrion Room at the awards for all of young people to take a break from the excitement and take some relax time at the awards. This space and branding for it can be sponsored for €3,000, 50% of which will be donated under your name to Autism Ireland. This opportunity is available to all tiers.
