OmniFocus Projects Screen Tap into a project to view the task list View Options change which tasks you'll see when viewing an action list, so you can see the big picture... or switch to laser focus. Pull down to reveal the secret bar, tap View In OmniFocus, swipe down on a task list to reveal the "secret bar" at the top. Tap on View, and you'll see the list of options. Hilite "Remaining" Perhaps do split-screen showing how it a ects the list? In Projects, "Remaining" is the default setting. It shows you everything that's left on your plate. Hilite "Available" "Available" shows your actions that that you can make progress on right now. If the action is set to start sometime in the future, blocked because it isn’t the next action in a sequential project, or you've placed its Project or Context on hold, it won't show up in this list. Hilite "Next Action" "Next Action" shows you only the first Available action in your project. Perfect for when you are feeling overwhelmed and just need to know what's next. Compare all three views we're seen so far, to show how the filters get tighter. If you've ever gotten into a situation where you could swear there was an action in your list that's not showing up, you might have your View Options set a little too tight to see it.
