How to sustain a Design Community - Create and share value - Make it inclusive - Have retrospective sessions - collect feedback - Put your members in the spotlight - Give responsibilities 

Things I learned - It takes patience - Offer the right value - Needs passionate people - Have a few back-up plans - Know when to use a different approach - Listen and observe - Mistakes are inevitable - It’s not about you, bring people onboard. Let go of control
