Hey there successful mama. Welcome back to the third video in module two. While we're
talking about this analogy of music, one of the areas that we really struggle in is when
something goes wrong, we then feel like our whole day is off, and we're struggling.

And I want you to think about whenever you are in a performing in a group, whether you have
done maybe band or choir, orchestra, whether you have performed in maybe like dance or
theater, if you perform, played with a sports team, in like a, you know, an actual team sport.
When you it also applies to individual sports, actually, now that I think, when something goes
wrong, we have the tendency to want to fix what went wrong, and we get stuck here.

So for example, I got this analogy from a friend of mine who was in band, she said, You know,
when you're performing in marching band, and you get off, like, all of a sudden, you're not in
time with the rest of the musical, you missed your notes, or you're at the same time, you know,
they're moving. So they're steps in you get out of place, you can't try to jump in where you got
messed up, you have to jump in where everyone else is now. So you have to like skip over the
part that got messed up and jump in several measures later.

You can't redo what already happened, because everyone else has already moved forward. And
the same applies to like, if you're in a team sport, like I played softball, if you bobble the ball,
and you should be throwing it to first and all of a sudden that runners already circling the base
and heading towards second. You can't be like, Hey, wait, hold on, I need any to redo, I'm
gonna throw it, I'm gonna do it better this time. No, you have to turn around, and you need to
