Okay, all right now how are we going to find this wonderful person to help us? Well, let me give you an
example. Recently, we're trying to help my in laws find someone to clean their house. And so we asked
our cleaning lady, do you? Are you looking for extra work? Or do you know anyone who is and she's
like, Sure, my friend so and so is looking for extra work. So it turns out that now her friend is cleaning
our in laws house or my in laws house. And that is truly the best way to find someone that you need is
through your network. You look up the stats on finding jobs between 60 and 85% of jobs are found
through networking. So use your network.

Now, this isn't going to bully like literally to tell people I need help. I know, this is the best way to find
help, though. So how can we do that is just speak it out. Let people know what we're looking for. In our
neighborhoods, you can go in like, online groups of your neighborhood. Like if you have a
neighborhood Facebook group, ask your neighbor, check with one of your friends who do you know
that would be a good person for this? And they were like, well, I don't really know anybody, but so and
so might and through that network is usually the best way to find someone, if you're looking for like, for
example, like an online VA going into Facebook groups, I mean, like, Hey, do you know of someone
who's good at this specific kind of task, and you'll get a lot more references that way of people who are
probably a better fit than just posting it somewhere.

So that's definitely where I would start. Use your network. Speak it out. Tell the people who are in your
circle, finding someone who would be will be like a logical person who would know that and ask them
Do they know anyone who would fit that description. Use your network, they are the best place to find
than fit for what you need. And the good news is that because you already did this background work,
you know what kind of person you're looking for the skill set they should have the experience you need,
the budget that you're looking for. And when you lead with that you're much more likely to find a person
that fits what it is that you need than just you know, hoping for the best. So put together that little blurb
of this is what I need. These are the this is the kind of person I'm looking for. And start sharing. It can
be worn mouth, it can be online, but get out there and share.
