And when you're sorting through all these, most of them are things that are going to feel
important. But not everything is very important to you. We can't have everything be important
to us. So a lot of people when they first look at this, it's like well, how do I say that like caring
about others as not important to me? No, we're not saying it's not important to you at all, what
we're trying to figure out is what's most important to you.
Patricia Sung 01:28
And I'm hoping that we can narrow down this list to about like, big picture, we're trying to get
down about 10. It's okay if you have a little more, it's okay is you have a little bit less. Like the
exact number doesn't matter what it is, is we just want to start focusing in and coming into to
what's important to you.
Patricia Sung 01:49
So I'm gonna make my head a little bubble here again. And when you first click on it, it looks
like this, you know, click on this link here, and pops up is this value, a card, sort of make my
head a little bigger here. Now, when you click next, you can read the instructions on your own
thing, okay?
Patricia Sung 02:11
Directions, you just drag and drop all these things. So you're going to go through these, and it's
going to ask you to put them in the pile. So it doesn't matrer all this just put what's very
important to you in this pile. And then everything that's not important, you can just leave over
here. So be like art, not really a big deal belonging compromise. These all they might be pretty
important. They're like, Oh, you know what? Diligence, that is very important to me. Freedom,
gratitude, blah, blah, blah, practicality, high variable practical.
Patricia Sung 02:44
So we're going to do is, you know, sorting through this pile and find the things that are really
important. As you're sorting through, eventually you're going to end up like this. And you're
going to have a big old pile of stuff over here. And like I said, you're gonna be like, Well, I
mean, how do I not feel like carrying is important or, you know, compassion? How do I see
that's not important? Look, they're all going to be not all that a majority of them are going to be
important. We're circling in on very important like, do or die, okay?
Patricia Sung 03:14
When you have all the things in very important, we can kind of see how many you end up with
over here. Remember, we're looking for about 10. So this is when you'll start to narrow this
down of like, okay, protecting, that feels important. Spirituality feels important. Okay, okay,
responsibility, I can probably move that one out. Okay, I do really need to be challenged,
caring. Okay, and you're gonna sort through until you have about 10 here, more or less, okay.
