The great part about having that screen record or if you're doing it on your phone, the you can like do a voice recording and just talk while you're doing something talk it out is that you can save that document, you can have a transcription of it if you like, but you have that already saved in the person can have that to refer back to. So when they're confused later, like, Oh, what did I What was I supposed to do with this, they can go back to that video and watch it again or to that audio and listen to it again, and have that as a reference point. So they're not always coming back to you with the questions. They can go to their resources, multiple teachers determine their user resources, they can go to the resources and say, Okay, what did she say about this? What did she mean by this and they can rewatch it or re listen to it, and catch those details so that you're not the one repeating yourself all the time. And then you're just feeling the questions that you didn't explain in that video. And it makes both, you feel confident that they know exactly how you want that thing done. And also they feel confident knowing I know exactly how she wants this done, because that's one of the hardest parts of having someone take over part of your business is feeling like what if they don't do it as I wanted it.
