Takanori Sato
At Mitsui & Co., he was engaged in crude oil trading
operations in the Petroleum Department and PE
investment and start-up investment operations in the
Planning and Investment Department. Later, at the
China General Representative Office, he was engaged
in planning and promotion of overall China strategy.
In 2016, he founded Circle In (now Shippio).
After working at Microsoft as a PM for developing new
features for Office and others, he led the launch of new
products and services for the global market as a PM
manager of the Office development division. After
launching a TV commercial business as PO of advertising
business at Raksul, he joined Shippio in 2020.

Yasuhiko Mori
CTO
Ryan O’Connor
He joined Walmart Labs after working for several tech
startups on the West Coast in the US. In 2012, he was in
charge of Rakuten's global marketplace area. He was
the Head of Engineering for Logistics and Customer
Journey Camps at Mercari before becoming the CTO of
Merlogis and was appointed CTO of Shippio in
November 2022.
VP of Corporate Planning/ VP of Operation
Hiroshi Inoue
After joining Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, he was engaged in M&A
and equity finance operations in the IBD. Later, he was
involved in acquisitions and investments in GREE, and became
a director of a subsidiary. At WealthNavi, where he was
responsible for equity and dead equity financing, IPO
preparation, and corporate planning. Appointed as a director
of Medley subsidiary, and joined Shippio in 2021.
He worked at Nomura Securities, providing M&A and
finance advisory services to listed companies. In 2018,
he joined a U.S. investment fund, where he was
involved in Japanese equity investment management.
After returning to Japan, he served as the CFO at a
space-related startup before joining Shippio in 2023.
VP of HR
Yusuke Date
After working at en Japan as a corporate sales representative,
in corporate planning, and as an HR manager, he became
responsible for new business development department. He
then joined Bengo4.com, where he served as the executive
officer in charge of human resources, overseeing the
company’s HR strategy. In 2023, he joined Shippio.
