Take a Walk As you walk notice the air around you Is there a breeze? Do you feel warm or cool? Take slow deep breaths Let go of all other thoughts Keep connected to THIS moment in time Then when ready Stop to Pause 

Look up at the tops of the trees and the sky Are there clouds Notice shapes you see How does it make you feel? 

Pray… “The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” Job 33:4 

When ready Continue on 

Walk for a minute Then, find a spot to rest and sit down Become aware of the sounds around you 

Now close your eyes and listen Listen with the intent to hear things you did not notice before When ready open your eyes 

What did you hear? Staying present in the moment allows us to hear elements we may not otherwise pay attention to 

This is true of your relationship with God God is waiting for you to notice To listen

Pause Where do you see God in the nature around you?
