A computer hacker is any skilled computer expert that uses their technical knowledge to overcome a problem. How can it be hacked? And what’s hacking anyway? In my opinion, it is more generic: An individual who recognizes certain mechanisms and uses them to his/hers advantage. 

How is defined by nerds? ...I mean scientists. Even Symmetry Odd Symmetry Inversion Symmetry

And then, they hack them. Because they be useful.
