Hey there successful mama. Welcome back to time management mastery for ADHD moms. We
are creating calm and confidence in your day by building rhythms and adding to it.

So today we are on module three. And we're talking about all of the obstacles that we're going
to need to overcome in order to get our routines and rhythms into place. So, well, my computer
takes a second to get up. Reminder that you can turn off any distractions that might pull you
away from our time here, and you're doing a great job. So don't stress, don't worry, we are
going to get there.

Okay, there we go. So, our ADHD brains like to have progression, so we understand where
we're going. So we're in the first part of the class here, where we've already talked about our
motivation and our framework. And today, we're talking specifically about our obstacles. And
this is our last planning and prep module, when we get into next week about setting our
anchors, building upon our anchors, and then between the anchors, this is the nitty gritty. So
we've specifically gone into our planning and prep phase at the beginning here. Because our
ADHD brains don't do that, well, we need extra help in those steps to get everything ready so
that we can be successful when we get into the details over here.

So it feels like a lot of thinking and a lot of planning. And our brains are kind of like, Hmm, do I
want to do all this? Yes, remind your brain while you're doing it, it's so that when we get into
the details, we're prepared. And we're not scrambling trying to sort out solutions for something
