Registration • You must register on-line – available during the August / September – Allows e.g. letter confirming your registration for things like Council Tax Exemption – Get a national insurance no. gov.uk/apply-national-insurance-number • To obtain Student Rates for London travel (Oyster cards) etc, you can send the form for signature to Mabel • As a registered student of the university you have access to all university functions during your placement year that you had during previous years

Updating contact information • It is your responsibility to ensure that we always have your current contact details so – Once you have a desk, a computer and an email address – Email [email protected] • Your current work location address including postcode and telephone number • Your placement managers name and telephone number • If you move your work location and/or manager at any time during your placement you must notify us
