FAQ About the Organization Recruitment How we work Can you tell us more about your working style? Business positions are based on a flexible work schedule, while product and development positions are based on a specialized discretionary work schedule. I heard that there are many foreign members. Not required. For product positions, communication related to engineers is primarily in English, while communication within the team is primarily in Japanese.
