From Creation to Archival and ultimately Deletion, owners need to be in charge of their Community and how it is managed according to its current status. Members Community members are what drives the collaboration along a shared interest or intended outcome. Determining who needs to participate at what level and granting access and rights is the role of the Community owner. We recognize the power of CEC and continue to enhance its capabilities. We also recognize that being able to easily navigate to related events, take follow-up action, and have clear navigation options throughout Connections will save users time and ensure they can quickly find content, updates, etc. Updates and Notifications An engaging experience rests on the quality and relevance of notifications end-users receive. Being pulled in and receiving the right information must be balanced with the right frequency and readability. Regardless whether the updates come in via your activity stream, newsletter, app notification or elsewhere. Better templates, concise and to-the-point updates, and more will keep your users engaged.
