OS Ubuntu がインストールされたドライブを用意する
１, USB フラッシュメモリ or SSD or SDカード の用意
2, Rufus の用意・・・ ブータブルドライブを作るソフトウェア
３, IＳＯ の用意・・・ Ubuntu サイトからダウンロード
1～３を使って、Ubuntu ブータブルドライブを作る

Ubuntu のバージョンはその時の安定版で問題ないと推測。
固有のISSUEなどについては、UbuntuやAstar Network 側のGithub

バイナリを移動、実行権限付与
データディレクトリを作成、属性変更
設定ファイル（systemd のユニットファイル）の編集
サービス起動
起動状態のチェック
設定ファイルの形式は ini 形式で、
これについてはドキュメントを参照
しながら、設定をする。
個別設定としては「NODE_NAME」
くらい。
