It also taught him the importance of accountability and precision in running a business. In 2012, he transitioned to the technology field, joining JS SAP Group as an IT specialist. Two years later, he expanded his experience as a consultant at Reliance, where he built a centralized database system to streamline company operations and record-keeping. These technical roles helped him strengthen his problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. In 2016, Pratik advanced into a leadership position as director of operations at Exotic Transport. He managed logistics, scheduling, dispatching, and compliance procedures while leading employee training and development programs. His work ensured that the company maintained operational efficiency and met safety and regulatory standards. That same year, he began a new chapter in real estate by joining Keller Williams Metropolitan. His role involved helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, managing listings, and preparing contracts. At CiTY LiVN, he continued to build on his real estate expertise as a licensed professional.
