Red

Support your mental health this January by doing something active every single day.

RED January is a community-driven initiative to support each participant’s mental health, and also spread awareness of mental health conditions.

You choose what you want to do - a simple walk, a quick run, taking your bike out, going for a swim, or having a football kick about with your friends - it’s completely up to you. Every day, your way.

RED gives you a goal and focus to help you through January, which is a characteristically tough month to get through. You set your own flexible schedule - exercising when you can, and celebrating each achievement - no matter the size.

“Regular exercise can help improve mental health and decrease the risk of depression by 30%.” - Happiful Magazine, the UK's first mental health magazine.

The RED team is always available for support - with encouragement and helpful tips to help you on your exercise journey. We’re with you every step, pedal, and splash of the way.

There is an option to support others by fundraising for Mind, the mental health charity and also RED January’s exclusive charity partner. All proceeds raised go towards supporting their vital work across England and Wales. They provide information, support and advice while campaigning for better treatment of those suffering from mental health problems.

“87% of REDers felt significantly better physically and mentally” - survey of 3,000 REDers after January 2018.

Join our growing community of more than 30,000 REDers across the UK, and kick-start your year in the most positive way. Register today for FREE at https://redtogether.co.uk, and download your starter kit.

See the difference it can make to you and those around you.
