INTRODUCTION Imagine the transport system in your area. Whether you need to travel by bus or train to travel up country. How do you plan your route, buy tickets or even know arrival times. For example, if I leave Nairobi early at 7am, I expect to get to Eldoret by around 12pm with a stopover in Nakuru where I can grab lunch. Or a short commute, where I would probably use an app o board a bus. CRAFTING EXPERIENCES 3
