For example, if I leave Nairobi early at 7am, I expect to get to Eldoret by around 12pm with a stopover in Nakuru where I can grab lunch. USER CENTERED DESIGN An iterative process where at each stage you focus on the user and their needs It involves users in the planning, design and development of your solution OTHERS Lean UX: collaborative and iterative way of designing Double diamond: exploring issues more widely then taking focused action Etc.     Research and Study. Understanding the market and competitors through research and analysis DEFINE Understanding what you are trying to solve Involves creating personas, crafting a problem statement and using journey maps IDEATE Generating ideas to come up with solutions Might involve brainstorming and ideation PROTOTYPE Creating sketches and a low fidelity prototypes for your product TEST Validating your idea with real users, collecting their feedback and iterating to make the product better CRAFTING EXPERIENCES 7
