LEADERSHIP LEARNING Public health is a team sport. Complex problems rarely fit into one institution. The fellowship strengthened my belief that sustainable change needs shared language, coordinated leadership and people who keep showing up. Evidence before assumptions Relationships before formalities Impact before visibility
