Employee Engagement
Employee engagement is a property of the relationship between an organization and its
employees. An "engaged employee" is defined as one who is fully absorbed by and
enthusiastic about their work and so takes positive action to further the organization’s
reputation and interests.

the epicoaching agile competency
framework
Intention: Represent your personal
development map from a specific
perspective
Process: From the primary nodes (Agile
Executive, Coaching / Facilitation,

branches and nodes for your next

Story
Damien’s philosophical take
on egocentric perspectives
« Can one person hold the
absolute truth about a given
subject? »
«Yes. Absolutely. If he is alone
in a room, by himself, he will
‘own’ the truth.
If he ‘steps’ out of the room, he
must accept that other truths
exist.»
