    • The different kinds of analysis - positive, negative, etc... • Pen & Paper data - player can dismiss the information too easy • The video doesn’t lie • New technology such as Performa Sports brings the analysis to a new level for players • Team meetings with video in the past took too long, more focused session is more beneficial to players understanding • Be selective of the video analysis content and keep it FOCUSED The coaches role in delivering feedback on players performances • The delivery of feedback on your performance from your coach • Benefits of video analysis – motivational video clips to watch before games • Seeing is believing - Highlights areas of weaknesses to improve on in training
