10. 台灣食品安全開放資料現況 Opendata for Food Safety in Taiwan • 2015 Legislative Yuan initiated the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. • 2015 Executive Yuan increased the number of 70 food inspectors in TFDA (Taiwan Food and Drug Administration) to improve authority's ability to monitor. • 2015 An Office of Food Safety (OFS) was created to coordinate cross-sectional policy, information sharing, and inspections through the “Taiwan Food Cloud”.
15. Although the government has been taking action, the problem is not easy to resolve, given the large number of unregistered factories and food providers, as well as low usability of current opendata.
