    all- purpose flour (maida) A pinch of baking soda Ghee or oil for deep frying For the Gulab Jamun: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 4-5 green cardamom pods, crushed 1 teaspoon rose water For the Sugar Syrup:

    all- purpose flour, and baking soda. Knead the mixture into a soft and smooth dough. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little milk. Divide the dough into small, lemon-sized portions, and roll each portion into a smooth ball. Make sure there are no cracks on the surface of the balls. 1. 2. Instructions
