Trials  15 persons – 2 weeks  23,43 incoming calls per person in week (p/w)  2.17 missed call, per p/w with main reasons: • Did not hear: 41.54% • Could not answer: 53.85% • Did not want to answer: 4.61%  0,46 missed calls per p/w because of a smartphone: • 64.3% no network signal • 35.7% ran out of battery
