6. Problem in FOSS Community • Weak regeneration of member community • Burn out of material for meetup community • Silence people • Dealing With Negative Person & Conflict Resolution • People come and go
7. • FOSS community is considered to be less attractive than the developer/language programming community. • The people are bored doing routine activities in the community Weak regeneration of member community

10. • Listen. • Reach Out. • Take action. • Follow up. Silence People and dealing with negative person & conflict Resolution
11. • Choose young generation as target. • Give them the opportunity to do something, young generation tend want the attention and recognition. • Young generation have a lot of energy. It will good for them if they use it the positive activities. • Doing other than routine activities such as making an international conference How to encourage contributions
12. What the community provide / want I want the opportunities I have more energy so I want to give it a try I want to learn something I want to present something
