Building Products the Right Way

Often times, product teams are faced with challenges concerning what to build, who to build for, why some products/features are adopted and some aren't, why some products are never launched and all the development efforts wasted...this dilemma makes it very vital for product teams to ask questions: - Are we building the right product for our users? - Are we building it the right way? This event aims to demystify how to develop a repeatable process for product development to ensure we are constantly building the right products our users' love, and are willing to use.
