Dr. Vansiea has been a Registered Nurse for almost 27 years and has worked in numerous nursing settings such as an adjunct nursing faculty, inpatient medical/surgical nursing, workers’ compensation, school nursing, outpatient medical and psychiatric clinics, and nursing education and staff development. In addition, she worked over two years as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem in Ramsey County Second Judicial District in Saint Paul, MN. Dr. Vansiea served as an army nurse and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. She is a Gulf War Era veteran and was honorably medically discharged from the US Army in 2002 with the rank of First Lieutenant.

    illness and substance use disorders that focuses on three goals such as Intervention, Stabilization, and Rehabilitation for recovery. Our treatment philosophy is meeting our patients where they are while suspending judgments, eliminating biases, and providing patient-centered, goal-directed care in their best interest through the implementation of unique handpicked theories and applications that meet their needs. This is in conjunction with faith and cultural sensitivity. In addition, medication management is integrated at times along with psychotherapy for some patient's optimal level of care. We believe that our job is to engage, encourage and empower patients to meet acceptance, be accountable, promote self-love and improve their self-esteem. We give our patients insight into challenges in their lives so that they can develop better ways to cope and gain awareness in their healing journey.   6. Dr. Vansiea does not complete any forms on the first

    visit since that time is dedicated to an initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Any no show or no communication patients for two consecutive appointments with no cancellation notifications will not be given another appointment since it takes away from another patient needing an appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling appointments must be done 48 hours before the scheduled Initial Adult Psychiatric Evaluations for 60-75 minutes $400.00 Initial Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluations (16yrs and older) for 75-90 minutes $400.00 Consultations for 15-20 minutes $200 Coaching and Wellness for 45-60 minutes $200.00 Marriage or Family Counseling for 60 minutes every two weeks or once a month $350.00 Individual Psychotherapy for 45-60 minutes once a month $300.00 Individual Psychotherapy for 45-60 minutes every two weeks $250.00 Therapy and Medication for 45-60 minutes once a month $300.00 Therapy and Medication for 30 minutes weekly or every two weeks $250.00 Medication Management for 15-20 minutes weekly or every two weeks $200.00 Group Therapy for 45-60 minutes weekly or every two weeks $150.00 Immigration Psychological Evaluations fee ranges from $1000.00 - $1500.00

If you have insurance that is not listed, please contact our office to inquire further about the insurance. All insurance copays or deductibles are due on the day of the service.
